Job summary

First American's GO Title division seeks an entry-level title examiner to review records, examine chains of title, and prepare preliminary commitments. This role supports residential and commercial properties and may involve remote work.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of title/real estate. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a people-first, inclusive environment.

What We Do

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Works under the guidance of experienced team members. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
