Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Certified Dealer Instructor - Wirtgen to lead technical training for service teams and customers.

You will craft engaging classroom and hands-on sessions, building confidence with heavy equipment by translating complex topics into practical learning. The role requires strong background in heavy equipment systems, proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support training across locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience training others in a technical environment.
• Strong technical foundation in heavy equipment systems (engines, hydraulics, electrical).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support training across locations.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging classroom and hands-on sessions to train service teams and customers on Wirtgen equipment.
• Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to teams and customers as a technical resource.
• Collaborate with field staff to translate field issues into effective training content.
