Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Certified Dealer Instructor – Wirtgen to deliver technical training and build confidence across the organization.

You’ll lead classroom and hands-on sessions for service teams and customers, translating complex topics into practical knowledge. You’ll create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems, act as a go-to technical resource, and collaborate with field technicians to bring real-world issues into training.

Qualifications

• Experience training others in a technical environment.
• Background in training, coaching, or teaching in a technical environment.
• Strong technical foundation: engines, hydraulics and electrical components.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across locations.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging classroom and hands‑on sessions that help service teams and customers build confidence with equipment.
• Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems that make complex topics easier to understand.
• Be a go‑to technical resource: support teams and customers with guidance and troubleshooting when questions arise.
• Stay connected to the field: work with technicians to understand trends and bring real‑world issues into training.
