Crusoe Energy is seeking a Wiring Technician to assemble and wire control panels per detailed drawings. The role combines hands-on electrical work with strict adherence to safety and quality standards, in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You'll read schematics, prepare cables, label, terminate, and loom wiring harnesses, collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate, reliable assemblies. This is a full-time on-site position in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in electronic assembly or as an electrician's apprentice.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with safety compliance mindset.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly and wiring per drawings and specs.
• Interpret control and electrical manufacturing drawings.
• Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Prepare cables and label with machines.
• Assemble and loom cables per internal standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers on manufacturing processes.
