Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a hands-on Harness Assembler in Garden Grove, CA. You will assemble, install and repair wiring harnesses, using detailed drawings and test equipment, while soldering components onto PCBAs. A clean lab environment and accuracy are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in harness manufacturing, can read schematics, and work well independently or on a team in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building wiring harnesses from scratch, including soldering, crimping, terminating.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, install, and repair harnesses according to detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Use essential tools and test equipment for harness builds.
• Solder components onto PCBAs.
• Maintain a clean lab environment.

Who You Are:

• Experience with building wiring harnesses from scratch; including soldering, crimping, terminating, etc.
• Experience with soldering components onto PCBAs under a microscope.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 1+ years of experience in harness manufacturing.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Automotive experience
• QA/QC experience
• IPC certification

California Pay Range

$30 — $40 USD
