Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Wiring Harness Inspector in Brookshire, TX. The role supports production and engineering within the Quality team, with a strong emphasis on visual and dimensional inspections to meet engineering specifications.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of wiring harness or electrical inspection experience, knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, and the ability to read electrical schematics and drawings. Shifts include 1st and 3rd with varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of wiring harness, cable assembly, or electrical inspection experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.
• Ability to review work instructions and engineering drawings to confirm correct assembly methods.
• Identify and report defects and support corrective action activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of wiring harness assemblies, cable assemblies, and electrical components to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Inspect products for compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and customer requirements, verifying workmanship and build accuracy.
• Verify proper wire routing, crimp quality, connector installation, labeling, soldering, and cable dressing.
• Review work instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to confirm correct assembly methods.
• Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns; support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
