Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking a results-driven Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our Verizon retail team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services, and work toward daily and monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.

We offer base pay with uncapped commissions, benefits after 90 days, and growth opportunities within a expanding franchise. Training on the latest Verizon products and promotions is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
