Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ year experience in wireless technologies preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment on towers.
• Learn from experienced technicians and foremen to develop CAM-based skills.
• Climb and work on towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems under supervision.
• Handle basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Recognize hazards of tower climbing and energized lines and equipment.
• Climb tall structures (100 feet+) with 50 lb load.
• Analyze situations and choose appropriate action.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
