Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a mid-level Wi‑Fi Tools and Automation Engineer in Cupertino to build automation that runs on every class of Apple device. You will join the Wi‑Fi Quality Engineering CI team to improve testability and ship reliable Wi‑Fi features.

The role emphasizes automation across UI and non-UI tests, development of internal tools, and collaboration with development and testing teams to validate changes in the Wi‑Fi stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software QA Automation Engineering experience.
• Experience in Swift/SwiftUI, Objective-C or Python.
• Experience with unit, API, UI and non-UI test automation.
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems.

Responsibilities

• Automate UI components and non-UI tests for the Wi‑Fi stack.
• Develop and operate a large‑scale test automation lab for multiple Apple devices.
• Write automation for new and existing features to validate Wi‑Fi; debug issues.
• Execute, analyze, report and debug testing cycles.
• Work with industry standard tools to create micro‑services, tools and pipelines to support CI.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive testability improvements.
