Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Fulton, Maryland, is seeking an entry-level AutoCAD designer. The candidate will utilize AutoCAD to design small cell and macro sites for carrier clients. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required, and relevant experience in telecommunications is preferred. This position involves independent work under remote supervision and may require site visits for measurements. Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD is required.
• Relevant work experience in Telecommunications is preferred.
• This person will be responsible for utilizing AutoCAD to design small cell and macro sites for various carrier clients.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently under the direction of supervisors located in other outer offices.
• Willingness to participate in site visits to obtain measurements needed for small cell and macro construction drawings.
• Coursework or certification in drafting or engineering technology is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of drafting fundamentals is preferred.
