ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Systems Embedded Firmware Engineer III in Sunnyvale, CA to execute comprehensive cellular test campaigns and support firmware development within the Quality and Hardware Product Engineering Group.

The role requires hands-on 5G NR and LTE testing, automation with CMX platforms, and strong RF lab skills. Onsite work in Sunnyvale, CA is expected, with opportunities to advance in a cutting-edge wireless environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cellular testing across 5G NR and LTE technologies.
• Proficiency with test automation on CMX platforms, including scripting and regression suites.
• Strong lab bench skills with oscilloscopes and related instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute conformance, functional, and regression test campaigns on 5G NR (SA/NSA) and LTE devices, covering RRC/NAS signaling, mobility, carrier aggregation, and data-throughput scenarios.
• Validate radio protocol behavior against 3GPP specifications and log findings with clear reproduction steps.
• Perform RF performance measurements such as TX power, sensitivity, EVM, spurious emissions, and throughput versus signal level, comparing results against product requirements.
• Build, maintain, and extend automated test scripts and suites on Rohde & Schwarz CMX500/CMW callbox platforms, ensuring reliable automation processes.
• Set up and operate lab benches with spectrum/signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and RF cabling for hardware debugging and signal integrity analysis.

Pay Range:$52.20/hour - $65.25/hour
