P2S is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Systems Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing wireless systems, including WiFi, ERRCS, and Cellular DAS systems. As a Wireless Systems Designer, you will play a critical role in creating detailed design drawings and specifications for bids to contractors, and coordinating with architectural and engineering teams.



Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement comprehensive wireless systems, including WiFi, ERRCS, and Cellular DAS systems.
* Complete detailed wireless design drawings and specifications for bids to contractors.
* Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to integrate wireless solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
* Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
* Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.



Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field experience.
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in wireless systems design.
* Detailed knowledge of wireless systems designs, permitting, and coordination with AHJs.
* FCC license and proficiency in iBwave software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead project design discussions with clients.
* Experience working with architectural and engineering teams.



Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience using design software for wireless systems. (Ekahau, iBwave)
