Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Michigan store family. You will support the Store Manager, mentor a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experiences while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Excellent communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations: inventory, merchandising, cash handling, compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
