Job summary

Premier Wireless in Westminster is seeking a Wireless Specialist to help customers find the right devices, plans, and services while delivering a friendly, helpful experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll greet customers, learn their needs, and guide them through activations, upgrades, and related services, aiming for strong sales and excellent customer care. This is an on-site retail role with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and wireless technology.
• Accurately process transactions and protect customer information.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Participate in training, meetings, community events, and other activities that support the store and business.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and ready to learn. You’ll work with both new and existing customers, answer questions, solve problems, and help keep the store running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and comfortable talking with customers. Dependable and able to work assigned schedules. Willing to learn and open to coaching and feedback. Professional, respectful, and team-oriented. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule

This is an on-site retail position. Availability must include a combination of days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended holiday hours based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Where required, employees must maintain a valid driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and authorization to drive for company business.
