N.Y. Connection, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Expert/Sales Associate in Missouri to help customers stay connected with the latest wireless technology and plans. You will deliver outstanding service, build trust, and guide customers through purchases and activations.

The role requires enthusiasm for technology, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales targets. In-store work with opportunities to grow through paid training and employee discounts is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus).
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
