N.Y. Connection, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Expert to assist customers with the latest wireless products and plans, delivering outstanding service and building trust.

You will demonstrate products, identify needs, and guide customers through activations in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and a friendly, motivated attitude; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous wireless or tech experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
