The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, with the ability to work evenings and weekends and a passion for wireless products and services. A competitive compensation package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
