Job summary

Apple is seeking a Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer in San Diego, CA to join our wireless silicon team. You will lead end-to-end RF integration, including DUT control, pre-silicon emulation, calibration, and bring-up of wireless SoC RF functionality toward mass production.

You will develop RF calibrations, analyze large data sets, and generate performance reports while collaborating with RF/Analog, Systems, and FW teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years in wireless/RF field.
• Hands-on RF parametric testing experience (IP3, NF, ACPR).
• Experience with RF test equipment and RF system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate RF end-to-end DUT control sequences and verify with emulation.
• Bring up wireless-SOC RF functionality and calibration.
• Design and calibrate RF blocks/systems including algorithms and optimizations.
• RF performance characterization (Psat, IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise).
• Develop RF test benches and scripts to control test equipment.
