Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the public.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Dept. and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
