Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to engage customers and tailor wireless solutions. You will learn products quickly and deliver personalized service, aiming to meet customers' mobility needs and maximize value with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse customers.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel in retail sales.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Generate additional sales through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Reach out to current customers by phone for new opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
