Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide wireless products and services with exceptional service.

You will represent Russell Cellular's values of integrity, initiative, and care for every person in the communities we serve. The role offers base pay with uncapped commission potential and a path for advancement across 700+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to learn and excel.
• Ability to quickly learn wireless products and services.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
