Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail/sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, working with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections to simplify tech for guests and drive sales.
