Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team at our Ohio store locations, including Tiffin, Sandusky, and Fremont. This in-store role focuses on customer service, selling wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid plans.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with a competitive hourly wage, plus benefits after 90 days. Weekend availability and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in our fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking
