Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team at the Logan, OH location. This is an in-store position with uncapped commission, focusing on selling wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid plans while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll greet customers, activate lines, process upgrades, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
