Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a personable Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, and device protection solutions. You will promote AT&T products and services, including DIRECTV and Internet, to create a complete customer experience and achieve monthly sales goals.

The role offers competitive base pay, commissions, monthly bonuses, and a broad benefits package. Prior retail experience is helpful, but training is provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and understand customer needs.
• Must attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
• Training provided; prior retail sales helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build total solutions for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, and entertainment products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives with base pay, commission, and bonuses.
• Explain AT&T products and services, including DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet, to customers.
