Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Saint Joseph, Missouri, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for a T-Mobile Premium Retailer position. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly, energetic service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive revenue by attracting new customers, expanding existing accounts, and guiding activations, plan changes, and upgrades, while upholding store standards and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels of the business.
• Operates the retail facility including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and work areas according to standards.
• Assists customers with activations, plan changes, and upgrades, and processes payments.
• Meets assigned performance metrics.
