Job summary

East Kentucky Network LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Louisa, KY to professionally represent the company and drive activations for phones, accessories, and wireless services.

You will help customers understand pricing and policies, demonstrate product usage, and follow up on activations to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Prior experience is not required, and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to establish rapport and welcome them to the store.
• Assess customer needs regarding product, features, rate plan, and accessories.
• Explain policies, pricing and procedures to customers clearly.
• Assist customers with operation of phones and features, including test calls.
• Promote activations to walk-in customers and through calls.
• Follow up on activations to ensure service quality and referrals.
• Maintain organized and clean merchandising areas and proper stock records.
