Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring in-store Retail Sales Representatives to drive sales of wireless, internet and TV services in our retail locations. You will engage customers, present products, identify needs, and recommend the right service packages to meet personal goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or related sales, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, or telecommunications sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.

Who We Are: We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Pay: $20/hour + monthly commission

Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
