With almost 2,000 AT&T stores coast-to-coast, Prime Communications is AT&T's largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, and we want you to join us as a Retail Sales Consultant!

Role Overview

A Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) is a brand ambassador to our large customer base nationwide. Our RSC associates serve customers by demonstrating AT&T's products, services, and entertainment options, offering personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions to fit their lifestyles in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Our full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn a base of ($31,200 + commission), with potential total earnings of $45,000 or more in the first year when sales goals are met or exceeded. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, and businesses
• Represent the AT&T brand professionally and courteously
• Assist with store operations and duties
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Meet sales benchmarks and milestones for bonuses
• Sell AT&T products/services, including entertainment solutions

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and technical aptitude; entrepreneurial spirit is a plus
• Customer service-oriented with honesty and integrity
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong social media presence preferred
• Reliable transportation for work, training, and meetings
• Ability to work within 30 minutes of the store location and at multiple locations as needed
• Proficiency with computers, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance in line with Team Color policy

Working Conditions
