Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives and Retail Assistant Managers for locations around New Castle, IN. You can earn an average pay range with bonuses and spiffs ($19 to $23 per hour), plus a NEW HIRE BONUS ramp-up structure.

You’ll be the face of our team delivering top-tier customer experiences and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. Open schedules include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
