Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro to support Premium's wireless locations in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time, in-store role focuses on hands-on selling, customer engagement, and product activation, with a base hourly rate and uncapped commissions.

You will help customers choose wireless plans and accessories, stock displays, and provide friendly, high-energy service during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a high-traffic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
