Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to connect shoppers with wireless products and close sales in a fast-paced retail setting at our Gilbert location, AZ. You will drive revenue by promoting phones, upgrades, and accessories while delivering excellent service.

This part-time role offers an hourly base rate with unlimited earnings potential, opportunities for advancement, and a coaching-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
