In this full-time role, you can earn an uncapped commission on top of a base pay, with $15/hour starting and $18/hour for meeting minimum expectations; top performers earn $30+/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with wireless technology and trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service and find the best solutions for each customer.
• Process activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise and handle inventory, open/close the store, and hit sales goals as an individual and as a team.
