Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro in Borger, TX. This part-time role offers an hourly base with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. You will engage customers, drive phone sales, upsell upgrades, and help shoppers choose the right wireless solutions.

You should be comfortable standing 8–10 hours, and able to work weekends and holidays. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by driving phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles.
• Proactively start conversations with customers to understand needs.
• Explain wireless plans and products in simple, clear terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Train customers on activation and setup of new devices and services.
• Keep plan displays fully stocked and presentable.
