Job summary

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring full-time Sales Associates who enjoy technology and value outstanding guest service. You will work with the store manager and teammates learning about our products and services while delivering a fun, energetic customer experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid maternity/paternity leave; training pay is $25/hour for the first two pay periods.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing an outstanding guest experience at our locations.
• Educating guests about deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized Verizon agent.
• Maintaining an appealing store environment with stocked inventory on display.
