My Wireless is an AT&T Authorized National Retailer seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate. You will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide shoppers through the buying process in a fast-paced store environment.

This role offers base pay plus commissions, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities. Join a team focused on exceptional service, teamwork, and achieving sales goals. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is needed; bilingual is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US (Required).
