This role offers a base salary plus commission and opportunities for advancement within a growing network. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, representing the Cricket brand professionally, and supporting store operations while engaging customers at multiple local locations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Commitment to exemplary service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
