Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless plans and devices in-store. You will deliver personalized service to meet their needs and demonstrate product capabilities while upholding our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

You will grow through in-store training, cross-selling, and participation in local campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
