Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. A full-time Retail Sales Consultant will drive the in-store experience, connect guests with technology, and help meet monthly sales goals while engaging with teammates and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
