Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant who will deliver world-class service and help guests connect technology to life in our in-store environment.

You will drive sales, work with store leaders, and participate in merchandising and operations while taking part in paid training and enjoying a strong benefits package. This is a face-to-face retail role with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
