Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in our Virginia stores. You will leverage your customer service skills to deliver world-class service, explain product benefits, and help guests find solutions while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
