Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in our Virginia stores. You will deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time, and help guests connect technology to life.

You will work with teammates to achieve sales goals, explain product benefits, and build personal connections with customers while creating a simple, enjoyable tech experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
