Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Corvallis, Oregon, seeks a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive guest satisfaction and sales performance. You will leverage product knowledge and a friendly approach to connect customers with the right solutions and create a standout in-store experience.

In this role you will exceed monthly targets, collaborate with peers and store leadership, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
