Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, wireless plans, accessories and services.
Ask questions, identify customer needs, and propose personalized solutions.
Build lasting customer relationships through great service and follow-up.
Assist customers with account questions, device setup and troubleshooting.
Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services and promotions through training.
Assist with store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
