Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. A full-time Sales Consultant position is available to deliver world-class service and connect guests with technology that matters most.

You will drive sales, collaborate with store teams, and create memorable in-store experiences while you learn and apply Victra's sales process. You’ll provide product benefits, build personal connections, and help guests navigate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
