Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Educate customers through product demonstrations.
• Sell Verizon Wireless products and up-sell opportunities.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person, phone, or written notes.
• Maintain knowledge of products, plans, promotions.
• Handle service inquiries and administrative duties.
