Your Wireless Inc. is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Wayne, NJ team. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the buying process to deliver an outstanding experience.

We offer a strong base pay with an uncapped commission structure, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires retail sales experience, customer service focus, and willingness to travel between our local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably wireless.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
