You will handle activations and upgrades, merchandise the store, manage inventory, and work to hit sales goals both as an individual contributor and as part of a team. 18+ years old, strong customer service, basic wireless knowledge, and full-time availability required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Full-time flexible availability.
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star customer service experience and find the best solutions for each customer.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise and manage inventory, and open/close the store.
