You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to what matters most and earning uncapped commissions through our sales process. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant you will drive store goals, build product knowledge, and create memorable in-store experiences while advancing within a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
