Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for a full-time position. You will engage walk-in customers and help them choose devices and plans that fit their needs.

Expect ongoing training, uncapped commission opportunities, and a dynamic store floor environment. Success comes from listening, building rapport, and hitting monthly targets while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connections.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and foster a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
